Nexus

Mission

Our mission is to provide opportunities for people to excel and develop to their maximum potential through appropriate basic education, selection, recruitment, placement and training and by providing ongoing technical support to enhance their performance.

The ‘right’ person, in the ‘right’ place, at the ‘right’ time, with the ‘right’ capability and the ‘right’ attitude to make the ‘right’ decisions at the ‘right’ time, every time.

We have built a formidable suite of proprietary knowledge, tools, and pedagogic techniques uniquely suited to rapid learning in a fast-changing, highly technical, and multicultural industry. This consistently translates into measurable improvements in plant uptime, HSE performance, conflict management, and staff motivation.

Our approach is flexible and always adapted to the client, encompassing On-The-Job Training (OJT) as well as classroom exercises. The “Nexus Anywhere” concept, encompassing management of Nexus facilities nationwide as well as the client’s own training facilities, coupled with a robust and comprehensive internet platform ensures that training interventions can take place anytime and anywhere as required.

Our experience and track record
of success are unmatched in the
local industry
